Nicole is an experienced commercial lawyer, and assists our team with litigation and insolvency/restructuring matters.
Nicole began her legal career as a criminal defence lawyer before joining a long-established law firm on Auckland’s North Shore practising in a broad range of commercial matters including business sales/acquisitions, intellectual property, franchising, employment issues and commercial leasing. Nicole then moved to a specialist franchise law firm where she spent several years as an integral part of a team of lawyers recognised as some of New Zealand’s leading franchise lawyers, focussing her practice on commercial dispute resolution. Suffice it to say, Nicole enjoys getting under the bonnet of a legal problem to find solutions.

Employers and employees, including in relation to employment relationship problems, personal grievances, restructuring/redundancy processes, investigations into and dismissals for serious misconduct, employment policies and procedures, and post-termination obligations.
