KERRY PUDDLE

Kerry is a civil and commercial litigator with extensive experience acting for both corporates and private individuals. This allows Kerry to tailor his advice and strategy according to the needs of the client, and the nature of the claim.
Kerry has built up his experience working in boutique commercial or litigation specialist firms. Prior to practicing as a solicitor Kerry was a Judges’ Clerk in the Auckland High Court for two years, and graduated as one of the top two students in his year at the University of Otago.
Kerry has a particular interest in property litigation, but given that most civil litigation involves some form of property, that covers most things.
